This beautiful tutu is made with an elastic waistband for a little extra stretch and an abundance of the finest tulle. The waistband is sewn for durability and the tulle is tied onto the waistband for maximum poof. The satin bow is sewn on securely to the waistband (perfect for little wondering hands).
