Layered Tutu's
 Our NEW layered tutu's are made with an elastic waistband and an abundance of the finest tulle. The elastic waistband is sewn for extra durability and the tulle is tied for maximum poof. Each layer is tied seperately, you can choose up to 3 layers for your tutu.
